Ian Sullivan Architectural Design Ltd was founded in 2004 by Ian Sullivan. The practice has steadily expanded since that time, retaining the personal friendly service.
We offer a full architectural service, together with planning and building regulations applications, project management and surveying work.
We have gained a reputation for quality design and detailed construction drawings with a sound technical and practical performance. This reputation has been gained as a result of the successful completion of a wide range of residential and commercial development covering the South East and South West of the United Kingdom.
The strength of the practice lies with both planning and construction drawings and as a practice, great emphasis on the need to complete projects on time and within budget and providing value for money, however this is not achieved at the expense of the design.
We also work well in a team made up of Structural Engineers, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers and Project Managers that are appointed under each contract.
